The OVDCA has scheduled a pre-season safety tech inspection for Saturday, March 22 in Urbana Ohio. It will be conducted  (thanks to Brad and Jerry Damewood) at Digledine Trucking 1000 Phoenix Dr. from 10 AM till Noon. Google Directions. All cars must go through an inspection prior to racing so this is a good chance to do it before the first race and will save a great deal of time at the track.

Also a reminder that driver radios are required for the 2008 season all divisions must comply, Brad Damewood has done some research and has found two options in the central Ohio area to choose from. Coyer Enterprises in Bellfontaine, Oh 937-593-1599, they have a complete package for $95. Hall Electronics, Columbus, Oh 614-402-6227 offers a package for $160.  The OVDCA is not suggesting that either of these dealers or their equipment is preferred or better than the other, we are just offering the info for your convenience.

The 2008 schedule is complete and offers a full summer of fun at the track while still having several open weekends that allow us to do things, such as vacationing with our family's, weekend getaways, family picnics and much more, I urge you to take advantage of these off weeks to schedule your other activities so we can maintain steady car counts through the summer as best we can.
